Need a Kubernetes manifest with necessary objects to run consul agent and to let agent join an external server cluster

We have a consul server cluster running on VMs and want to run consul clients on k8s pods. Looking for a Kubernetes manifest with necessary objects to be able to create consul clients on k8s pods and let them join consul servers running on VMs
