NGINX download file server only download 1GB of file and download is slow

Hello I have wordpress woocommerce on one vps and I sell downloads each file is about 5GB, the download files are on another vps, I need the setup done correctly and the request downloads only 1GB of a 5GB file and the download is slow, I would like this fix and the steps you have done.
