NGINX Configuration for PostgreSQL InvenTree

Objective:
Set up an NGINX server for InvenTree hosted on a DigitalOcean droplet, ensuring secure remote access and proper configuration.

Tasks:

Configure NGINX for secure access to InvenTree via HTTPS on a sub-domain.
Ensure InvenTree is accessible remotely via OpenVPN (already installed on the DigitalOcean server).
Set up secure remote access to the PostgreSQL database.
