.NET Framework to .NET Core Migration

I have two projects that need to be migrated from the .NET Framework to .NET Core in order for them to run on a Linux Debian system. The projects are:

1. A website built with .aspx and the .NET framework
2. A C# console application

The goal is to ensure that both projects function identically to how they currently do on the .NET framework.

Key Tasks:
- Modify the applications to work with Linux Debian
- Edit .NET framework code to .NET core
- Identify and fix any errors encountered during migration
- Ensure the full upgrade maintains the same functionality

I would also need assistance setting up a development environment on Debian for testing. Currently, I only use a few third-party libraries in these applications.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
- Proficient in C# and .aspx
- Familiar with Linux Debian
- Excellent debugging skills
- Experience with setting up development environments on Debian
