I'm in need of IT support focusing on software troubleshooting and system upgrade support. I have hotels that have operating systems and POS systems that integrate with managed network. Upgrade or changes to any of these cause issues on properties and we are slow to recover. Need assistance in being able to communicate with the proper parties and speak the IT language in helping us maintain connection and productive operating status. I require assistance to diagnose and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
