Move website hosted from shared hosting to VPS and teach me the same

I have a news WordPress site on a Hostens' shared hosting. I want to move it to a VPS. Your work will be to (1) setup new VPS, (2) move the existing site content to the VPS, (3) setup and configure the server and the site, (4) setup Let's Encrypt SSL certificate, (5) by assisting me using Anydesk so I can learn the process too.

You may suggest a new VPS server provider's name or we can setup on Hosten's VPS. You may suggest a free control panel.
