Move my server from DigitalOcean VPN to Local

I have three servers in DigitalOcean. I have access to the control panel through digital ocean and I can provide ssh root access only and sftp. No other control panel available. The servers are live websites currently functioning properly so the work has to be complete with updating ip address records on the server and create a dynamic dns fix for my local server since we have a dynamic IP address. The servers are ubuntu with LAMP and Centos with a Mautic Server Install and the third one is a Node server with MD. I need the server databases that are in the same droplets to be moved along, basically exact move of the servers to my local office server. Urgent job I need it done within the next 24 hours.
