Mosquitto MQTT Setup on Ubuntu

I need someone to install and configure Mosquitto MQTT on an Ubuntu-based server.

Requirements:
- Create two users with simple username and password authentication
- Define specific MQTT topic: device-cloud
- Ensure one user can produce and the other can consume messages

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Mosquitto and MQTT
- Strong knowledge of Ubuntu server management
- Familiarity with user authentication and topic configuration in MQTT
