Monitoring Dashboard

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need two dashboards with Vulnerability Monitoring tab and without Vulnerability monitoring tab. I have attached text files for data.
PFA for the screenshot for sample design. Open to better design or suggestions.
Dashboard should be able to run in tomcat server.
Dashboard should be mobile and browser compatible. If you are not available for future modifications or work please don't bid.

Server Monitoring Page:
1. Server Parameters:
a. Load average: If its OK then green color circle with ok and values, else red color button with Failed and values.
b. Zombie: If its OK then green color circle with ok, else red color with value.
c. NTP: If its OK then green color circle with ok, else red color with value Failed.
2. Disk Performance:
If its greater then 90 then color will red.
If its greater than 80 and less than 80 then color will be yellow(orange)
If less than 80 then color will green.
3. CPU Performance:
On hover show CPU(%) based on time. Export the data to excel file based on custom date or 1 month or 3 months.
4. Memory Performance:
On hover show swap and memory usage (%) based on time. Export the data to excel file based on custom date or 1 month or 3 months.
5. Services Check:
In graph for failed services use red color, running services use green color and for exited ones use orange.
6. Individual services:
In table show green and red color circle for status.
7. Disk I/O performance:
Show table.
8. Top 10 CPU Consuming process:
Show table.
9. Top 10 Memory Consuming process:
Show table.
10. Password expiry check:
Table with green and red color button.

Vulnerability Monitoring Page:
1. Patching schedule submit will save the date in alance.config file in server.(eg format: 27-07-2023-10)
2. Packages available:
Scroll button should be available as mentioned in sheet. If data is not available show empty table.

Mail Configuration:
1. From and to address will be saved in alance.config file in server.

Parameters for Mail Alerts:
1. NTP Synchronization:
If NTP is not synchronized then mail alert will be triggered.
2. Zombie:
If zombie processes are running then mail alert will be triggered.
3. Load Average:
If server load is higher than 5, then mail alert will be triggered.
4. Disk:
If Disk usage is higher than 80% then WARNING mail alert will be triggered. If Disk usage is higher than 90% then CRITICAL mail alert will be triggered.
5. CPU:
If CPU usage is higher than 80% then WARNING mail alert will be triggered. If CPU usage is higher than 90% then CRITICAL mail alert will be triggered.
6. Memory:
If Memory usage is higher than 80% then WARNING mail alert will be triggered. If Memory usage is higher than 90% then CRITICAL mail alert will be triggered.
7. Failed Services:
If any of the services gets failed, then mail alert will be triggered.
8.Important Services:
If the service is not running, then mail alert will be triggered.
9. Password Expiry:
If the user password gets expired then mail alert will be triggered.
10. Patching Alerts:
On successful patching, patching failure and for server reboot mail alert will be triggered.

User Profile:
Two types of users: Admin and customers
Sign up: with Email and password
Admin panel should be available to delete users.
