Mini database with excell or access

I want to create a simple system in Excel or Access to manage a foreign currency exchange business. This system will serve as a customer database and transaction ledger. Its primary purposes are to efficiently record all customer exchange operations and to provide powerful, easy-to-use search and filtering capabilities for auditing and business analysis.
