Minecraft Server Setup and Configuration (Spigot/Craftbukkit)

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help with the setup and configuration of a Minecraft server. The server version is already 1.21.4, and Spigot/Craftbukkit is installed. Your tasks will include configuring and setting up the following:

Tasks:
Land Claiming & Anti-Griefing Plugin:

Install and configure a plugin that allows players to claim land and protect it from griefing.
Includes full permission management for players and teams.
The plugin should be user-friendly and reliably protect the land.
EssentialsX Configuration:

Ensure that EssentialsX is set up correctly.
Set up the key EssentialsX features (TPA, SetHome, etc.).
Configure permission management (using a plugin like PermissionsEx or LuckPerms) for all EssentialsX features.
Permission Management & Group Setup:

Configure detailed permission management for different player groups.
Create user groups and assign the appropriate permissions so that players have the correct rights.
Requirements:
Experience with setting up Spigot or Craftbukkit Minecraft servers.
Experience with permission management (e.g., LuckPerms or PermissionsEx) and plugin installations.
Experience with EssentialsX and other common server management plugins.
You must ensure that all plugins are configured correctly and are compatible with each other.
