Mikrotik RemoteWinbox Equivilant

I am looking for a developer to create a Mikrotik RemoteWinbox equivalent for remote access to Mikrotik devices. The solution should be both web-based and app-based, allowing users to access their devices from either platform. I require an intermediate level of security to ensure the safety of the connections.
