Mikrotik Radius Login

I need to configure radius at mikrotik. Freeradius is already set and working fine when I test it with ntradping. After that I need to redirect the login to a external page. I already have a external page set, downloaded from internet, but its not working due some radius issue. My budget is $50 as this is a personal project for a customer not a service for big company. As I have everything almost set, I guess a mikrotik experct can help me solve this in 15 minutes.
