Mikrotik Hotspot Configuration -- 2

Hello. I need help/support with my mikrotik hotspost login page using freeradius. Radius is fine (I also have a openwrt "page" which login is working fine...). For Mikrotik router I am using original firmware and it was working fine till couple of days ago, but my php coder did some change at the page, and something got broken. I restored old backup but, issue is not solved, maybe I did something wrong at mikrotik router when trying to fix first problem. I a getting the error "web browser did not send challenge response (try again, enable JavaScript)". I use chap login and when I activate pap for tests I get error radius is not responding.
