Mikrotik Expert to Resolve Samsung Connection Issue

MIKROTIK - Connected Without Internet Issue Affecting Samsung Devices
All Samsung mobile have some issue with our wireless network.
The devices are connected but there are an alert "!" with the message "Connected without Internet". Chrome works and Internet is available! YouTube plays fine on the Samsung devices. Tiktok is one of the platforms that are not working. But on scrolling some LIVE tiktoks are working but the videos are not. So it appears as though the internet works selectively on some applications.
All other models are working fine. The issue is affecting only Samsung devices. I need an expert who knows what this is. I don't have too much time for a lot of troubleshooting. If this is something you know or have fixed in the past you are the person I am looking for. You must know how to configure mikrotik properly and help me fix this issue permanently!
I do not know whether it's my firewall rules or lack of. You can request to check my rsc file (with no sensitive information) and if you're confident this is something you can fix you can ask me fund the project - whichever way you want. But I insist on someone who can fix this QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY.
