Mikrotik Expert Needed ASAP

I have a project that I am trying to complete asap. I need a Mikrotik Routerboard using RouterOS 7.5 to use my USB LTE Dongle for an internet connection. The device is recognized if I plug it into the Routerboard hAP AC2 after its booted. If I plug it in before bootup, the RouterBoard does not recognize the device.
