MikroTik Router Configuration with GRE Tunnel & Failover

I'm looking for an experienced network engineer who can help me configure my MikroTik router. I want to use a Linux VPS as a gateway to redirect all traffic through a GRE tunnel to keep my public IP hidden.
Key requirements:
- Set up of multiple fiber optic connections on the same MikroTik router for connection failover.
- Advanced network configurations including PPPoE, Network Bridge...
- Configuration of the MikroTik router's firewall.
- Configuration of the GRE tunnel on the VPS and on the router
- Configuration of the iptables on the VPS
Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience with MikroTik routers
- Deep understanding of advanced network configurations and firewall settings
