Migration from Shared Hosting to VPS Hosting

I am looking to move a number of sites from a few shared hosting accounts to set them up on VPS hosting. I want someone experienced with various hosting accounts and can transfer the sites from the shared hosting accounts to one account with VPS. You should be able to suggest and recommend various hosting packages for the VPS and be able to take care of the whole process including setting up the email accounts and forwarding to gmail so all email accounts can be received and sent from gmail. If you can do this well and without issues then I can give you long term ongoing work as i have many sites and may different tasks involved with creating new pages, adding new sites etc.
