Migration from Hostinger VPS to DigitalOcean App Platform

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with migrating my website from Hostinger VPS to DigitalOcean App Platform.

I have a Web app in Express for backend, NodeJs for the front end & a MYSQL database and we would like to go no-devops.

We are trying to do the migrating ourselves but we are encountering errors.

Backup Assistance:
- I am unsure if I have a backup of my current website files and database, so I will need assistance with this.

DNS Configuration:
- I am also unsure if I need DNS configuration for the new host, so I will need assistance with this as well.

Website Redesign:
- I do not need to redesign the website for the new host.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with migrating websites from Hostinger VPS to DigitalOcean App Platform
- Knowledge of website backup and database migration
- Expertise in DNS configuration for hosting platforms
- Familiarity with website migration best practices
