Migration to Magento 2.4.5 and VPS setup

Good morning,
the request is to migrate our current multi-store (www.farmaciainternet.it) from the current Open Mage 1.9 version to version 2.4 via the installer integrated to GoDaddy (our host).
REQUEST DETAILS
-> there are 4 sites to be migrated
-> the data to be transferred are those of only 1 site (www.farmaciainternet.it), so 3 of them will be migrated "in blank"
PLEASE READ ALSO
- The deadline for the transition is for January 3, 2023
- Quotes above €300,00 will not be considered
- We will buy a new VPS within GoDaddy and use it for the new Magento 2.4.X installation
