Migrate a vps to a microsoft azure cloud

I am looking for a skilled professional to migrate my VPS to the Microsoft Azure cloud. The current operating system running on the VPS is Linux. I require the entire VPS, including all data and services, to be migrated to the Azure cloud. Additionally, I would like a security assessment to be conducted post-migration.
