Meilisearch + Node.js ( Similar - Elasticsearch)

Hi, we need self hosted meilisearch based custom site search script for static websites.

Meilisearch and Node.js

Font-end:
1) Typo Tolerance instant results (Image with text result) + search results page


Back end:
1) On the admin panel user can able to create groups and within the groups can able to add/remove the site url + sitemaps.
ex: Group A: abc.com, blog.abc.com, nxz.com. Group B: test.com and ynx.com like that

2) Each group should have their own code to show the search results.

Finally:
Need all commands one by one so we can install the search script on our server.
OS: Ubuntu (Preferred)/Docker/ Any Linux
