Mautic install problem on Cloudways

I use winscp ,upload Mautic files to my server.(public_html)
but I find something abnormal. there are 3 files not show on serve file( .all-contributorsrc, .env, .htaccess) also, when I open the URL to install, there met some problem, it shows Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) Server at phpstack-275844-2648693.cloudwaysapps.com Port 80
