MariaDB replication assistance (GCP to RPi behind a firewall)

Looking for assistance setting up mariadb replication.
Master on a GCP instance and the slave is behind a firewall at a different location. I might not be able to change or open any ports and so getting them to sync periodically may be a challenge.
