Manual Apache, MySQL, PHP Installation on VPS

I'm looking for a skilled professional to manually install Apache, MySQL, PHP8.2, and phpMyAdmin on my Virtual Private Server (VPS) running Ubuntu 22.
Key Requirements:
- Manual installation from source, not using package managers or Docker
- Setting up Wildcard SSL
The server is not hosting any existing configurations or data, so this will be a fresh installation. The ideal freelancer for this project should have strong experience with server management and manual software installations, preferably on Ubuntu servers. Knowledge of setting up Wildcard SSLs is also crucial. Please do not apply if you cannot perform the installations manually from source.
