Make my script generating thumbnails from video uploads

I have a script, which does not generate thumbnails when I upload videos.

Although I have ffmpeg installed.

However, I use a centOS server, for which I have to install ffmpeg manually.
I did it this way:

So, for you to check if thumbnail generation works / to fix the bug, you would need to have to install ffmpeg the same way on your testing server
(so we have the same environment).

Then you have to check, why no thumbnails are being generated after vid upload.


My script runs on amazon linux 2 (centOS), php 7.2 mariaDB.

I also have problems upgrading the script to php 8.0.16.
After I upgrade, I cannot upload any pictures or videos (script shows error).

If you can fix this, I add $20 to the project.
