Make instructions to SETUP MAIL ACCOUNTS on a simple mail server

I need someone to create instructions for creating mail accounts on a simple mail server (ubuntu 20.04 LTS with postfix and dovecot).
Currently the server is hosting several domains but all the mail is going to one account.
But now I need mail for several people, so each person will need a username and password to access mail for their own domain. And in some cases I have several people for a single domain.
Since I have never done this before, I need help.
I need instructions for creating one or more email addresses for a domain.
Example john at domain.com and jack at domain.com. Where John gets his mail with a username and password, which gets his mail from his own mailbox, and Jack also gets his mail with a username and password, which gets his mail from his own mailbox.
If you need a virtual server to test your work, I will provide access to a virtual server and several domains.
If you are an sysadmin who sets up mail accounts this is very easy work (like 30 minutes work), so do not bid for 2+ days.
This is VERY SIMPLE for someone who sets up mail accounts all day and I need this to be done quickly.
