Make full backup of my magento website in A2 hosting unmanage VPS server

I need a person to do a fully backup of my magento 2.3.3 website, which is running in A2 hosting unmanage VPS server.
1,You need to make a full backup and save it in the VPS server site;
2, download this backup and send it to me
3, make sure the database and Mysql is backup as well
4, database and mysql backup also need to send to me
So my target is both my website and me(offline ) have a full backp of my website and database(mysql) .
