Make IP Routing to use VPS on my server

I've server ready with one single public IP. I need someone who can utilize this one public IP to use in multiple VPS server hosted on same server. What I've already is

- A dedicated server
- cPanel installed
- virtualizor installed

Important
- Single public IP needs to be routed through internal IPs.

Let me know what else is needed, I'll provide the same.
