Mailwizz + PowerMTA Error Resolution

Hello. I’m experiencing a truly baffling error, and I’m willing to pay $100 to whoever can identify the cause and fix it.
I have 10 PowerMTA servers.
When sending emails, I’m sending images through MailWizz. The images are hosted on Cloudflare R2.
1. All servers successfully send emails that contain only text.
2. All servers successfully send emails when attaching images hosted on imgBB.
3. The problem arises when attaching images from Cloudflare R2: only one server can send the message, while the other nine VPS fail to send.
The error returned is:
5.7.1 (delivery not authorized) smtp;550 5.7.1 Your mail is classified as SPAM and REJECTED
When this happens, the mail is outright rejected and never reaches the inbox or spam folder.
However, if I re-upload the same Cloudflare R2 images to imgBB and send them, all 10 VPS send successfully. I even score 10/10 on mail-tester. I have no idea where to begin troubleshooting this discrepancy.
