We are seeking proposals from qualified experts to set up a subdomain-based email sending infrastructure. The goal is to configure PowerMTA (PMTA) on multiple relay servers with IP rotation for optimized email delivery. The setup will use a dedicated subdomain with separate DNS settings to ensure high deliverability and domain reputation management.
Project Scope
The setup will involve the following components:
1. Mail Wizz Installation: `emailer.example.com`, using Cloudflare DNS.
2. Main PMTA Server (VPS 1):
- Acts as the primary setup point but will not be used for sending.
- Hosted on `m1.example.com` with DNS managed via Route 53.
3. Relay Servers (VPS 2 - VPS 5):
- PowerMTA (PMTA) installed and configured for sending.
- Subdomains (`m5.example.com`, `m2.example.com`, `m3.example.com`, `m4.example.com`) used for email sending.
- Hosted on OVH with their respective DNS settings.
- Each relay server will have its own dedicated sending IP.
4. DNS Configuration:
- Each relay server will use main PMTA NS records (`ns1.m1.example.com, ns2.m1.example.com`, etc.).
- Proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records must be configured.
5. IP Rotation Setup:
- Implement rotation of IPs across relay servers for better email deliverability.
Requirements for Bidders
Interested experts should meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of Separate DNS for SUBDOMAIN sending
- Proven experience in configuring PowerMTA (PMTA) and email delivery servers.
- Knowledge of DNS management and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Expertise in setting up and managing email sending infrastructure with VPS providers such as OVH.
- Ability to implement IP rotation and optimize deliverability.
- Familiarity with MailWizz integration.
- Bounce server setup (important) & working properly
Deliverables
- Full setup and configuration of the PMTA infrastructure as outlined.
- Detailed documentation of the setup, including DNS configurations and IP rotation policies.
- Testing and verification of email deliverability.
- Support and troubleshooting for an initial period after deployment.

Submission Guidelines
Interested bidders should provide:
1. A detailed proposal including methodology and timeline.
2. Past projects or references demonstrating relevant experience.
3. Cost estimate for the complete setup.
Implementation Time- One Day
Important: Already similar subdomain sending setup on Separate DNS is implemented.
This is final cost range and any one sending more project cost will not be entertained .
Only one day to setup as we already know how to do it so no waste of time required .
Somone who has experience should submit bid .
If you submit lower bid and we accept then no escalation .
So if you are sure about the scope then BID .
