Mail server updaet/fixes
Budget: $10 – $60 USD
I need to get our mail server running well . We have had changes made to our mail server recently adding DKIM/DMARC. This has led to us discovering some issues that we need to fix. I have a Centos server with CWP installed.
There are 4 items I know of that need to be fixed,
PLEASE LIST IN YOUR BID THE ONMES that you can fix and how long it will take - especially item 2.
1). We need a server audit and to check
a) Do we have or need a policy called "RELAYED"
b). Check our ESA antispam and antivirus scanning is enabled on outgoing mail to further protect our mailing environment.
c). Two reported Problems

Status Warning smtp mail.xxxxx.com Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner information
2). Getting emails undelivered due to poor MTA (senderbase.org rating is poor).

refused to talk to me: 554-NJ12MSG6004.xxxxxx.com 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.
I need you to resolved this ASAP. Perhaps go to https://talosintelligence.com/ and request that the IP address be "unblocked". Reputation at the top, then "Reputation support ???
3). Getting LOTS of the messages below daily: Our server seems to be slow to respond when checking mailboxes. We get messages in Thunderbird like “Connection to server xxxxxxx timed out “.
