Luminati or Bright Data Proxy Expert needed

We are looking to hire a developer(s) for a long-term project. We need a cloud application built to manage various clients on a proxy manager monitor their bandwidth consumption. Requirements are complete knowledge of Luminati/Bright Data Proxy and it's manager, the ability to code a new manager to work in tandem with said manager.
