Lora Network on Raspberry Pi

I'm looking for a professional who can help me set up The Things Network (Lora) standalone, community/open source version on a Raspberry Pi.
I have today Lora devices connected to the things network cloud community version, but I want to setup a standalone version on raspberry pi to avoid traffic on the internet.
I have also my web application, which will connected to this standalone TTN via MQTT. This web application is out of scope (we just need to test integration).

Integration flow:
Lora devices -> Standalone TTN -> My web application

Key Project Details:
- Make a raspbian image having the TTN standalone installed
- Make the Mqtt up and running as part of the TTN setup

This project requires:
- Proficiency in setting up TTN standalone on a raspberry pi (Raspbian)
- Experience working with Raspberry Pi is essential.

Your role will include:
- Setting up the TTN, including MQTT in a clean raspbian (on rpi 4)
- Test device integrations on it (with my support)
- Test my application integration towards my web application
- Do a end to end test
- Create a simple instructions manual on how to replicate this TTN installation
