Looking for someone to make me a custom tunneling server

I am looking for someone to create a custom tunneling server that can operate with Windows, Linux and Mac. This server will be used to perform secure data transfers, as well as to access blocked websites. The server must also be nodejs based and tunneled to my server, with capability of being viewed at my domain. This project requires the tunneling server to enable more than 500 concurrent connections.
