Looking for a full time, very capable Windows and Linux tech to join our MSP
Budget: $5 – $30 AUD
I am looking to a hire a full time resource to work remotely for our IT services company.
The person must be skilled with Linux and WIndows system administration.
Microsoft 365, Zimbra, Microsoft Exchange administration is part of the role.
Network administration knowledge is a plus
Experience with Zabbix and Wazuh is a plus.
Experience with Docker, Wordpress and Nginx is desirable.
In addition to strong technical skills, the successful candidate will have high attention to detail, and take ownership over jobs to pursue successful outcomes .
The successful freelancer will be required to action tickets logged by end customers and by other team members.
You will provide remote support using remote access tools, and communicate with customers via email, instant message and phone.
You must have excellent written and spoken English.
You must be available to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time.
This role is full time, and ongoing.
