Looking for NextCloud expert to help to migrate from SAMBA

I am looking to get help of an experienced NextCloud administrator.
I have already NextCloud up and running, but I'm struggling to move files and folders from SAMBA to NextCloud while preserving permissions (We need to setup some group/access levels in NextCloud too).
So we have a few hours work together - beware -> you will be only able to access the NextCloud instance via my laptop as it is on a private network and even I have to access it via VPN! Don't ask for direct access!
SAMBA files and folders have been copied already to NextCloud instance, just need to setup access permissions / scan them to NextCloud DB.
