Looking for a MeshCentral Expert

We need someone who is knowledgeable about configuring the schema features applicable to us as extracted from here https://github.com/Ylianst/MeshCentral/blob/master/meshcentral-config-schema.json
We need someone knowledgeable (who has used MeshCentral regularly)
We do not want to "Learn Together". We need you to be the teacher.
Immediate Requirements:
* Review our meshcentral server installation on a Linux Ubuntu 22.04 Server and see if it needs improving.
* Help us to understand how to setup log files for the server and agent so we can troubleshoot problems.
* Show how to best configue remote access to any of the desktops on our Internal network from the outside world (OSx, Windows and Linux)
* Show us how to remote access desktops (OSx, Windows and Linux) in the outside world from our Internal network.
Future Needs - not required now but of interest to us if you have any thoughts about this:
* There is a page on improving security on Ubuntu server installs. Though it specifies Mongodb, we would like to use mariadb which we have been told is supported. https://meshcentral-community.com/doku.php?id=howto:installation:manual:ubuntu:moresecure
This solution must be implemented via a recorded zoom meeting. It is OK if it takes some time, as long as you understand what you are doing this is not a problem. We will be using this solution on servers we sell to our clients so need to record how the solution is accomplished.
