Looking for IT Expert who can work with Linux & Digital Ocean VPS

My Website got server issues (522 Error) which cannot connect to VPS Server. I tried to contact the service and they told that my droplet cannot booting. They suggest me get into the recovery mode to find problem but I could not do anything because I am not an expert with VPS & linux.
