Looking to create SIP server from a VPS

I need to make a SIP server where I can have 5 users calling simultaneously to different mobiles world wide. I don't know how much SIP providers charge or the full details behind it, I have been using main sip providers which charge me per rate using their server and now I found out that I can create my own SIP server and all I need is a Linux Server or Centos so I am looking to make my own server to manage and have like a mini call center operating.
