Looking to Hire ELM Production Support/Application Support as Full-time Employee

ELM Specialist -
• Experience between 2-12 years
• Experience in ELM Application/Production Support
• IN depth knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
• Support experience in providing 24 X 7 operations for
• ELM applications/ Infra
• Disaster Recovery
• application monitoring and system health check,
• Service Desk, Event & Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Change Management Processes.
• Hands on experience in installation of ELM Patches/ iFix deployments
• Prior work experience WebSphere Application support/ Liberty profile- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting application servers’ issue.
• Experience in IHS (IBM Http Server) installation and configuration.
• Responsible for IBM ELM migration, upgradation and server rename of all services defined in scope
• Responsible for WAS upgradation
• Experience on working on various LDAP
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in case of P1 – On call support
• Provide input to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
• Good communication and problem solving/analytical skills is must
• Should be comfortable to work in morning and afternoon shifts in IST time zone
Good to have –
• Hands on experience on database (IBM DB2, Oracle, SQL)
• Network knowledge
• Configuration and administration of NFS and LVM.
• Knowledge of Agile scrum process flow
