Look for an expert in recovering deleted files accidentaly on a VPS Centos7

hi everyone,
I am looking for an expert in recovering deleted files which were accidentaly removed running a command rm -r on the root path / on a Centos 7 VPS hosted in Ionos hosting company
I particularlly look to rescue the last backup of a site and a backup of mysql database both compressed in tar.gz files
A freelancer tried to do this and arrived to see the backups there in the server but he told me that I would need someone expert in recovery lost data in hexadecimal
in the attache picture marked in red the files what I do need to rescue
