Load balancer configuration issue

We have an application hosted on DigitalOcean. It uses a Kubernetes cluster - one load balancer, and some nodes that can auto-scale. The load balancer seems to have some misconfiguration - it is not moving to the second node though the first is seeing plenty of load. We are looking for someone who can check what the issue might be. Thank you.
