Load Testing Metrics Monitoring

My application is ready for a dedicated round of performance validation and I need a specialist who can concentrate exclusively on load testing. The aim is to simulate realistic user traffic, capture solid data on response time and throughput, and translate that data into clear, actionable recommendations for tuning the system.
You are free to work with the tool-set you know best—Apache JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or any similar platform—as long as the results are repeatable and easy for my team to verify later. We can iterate together on scenario design, but I expect guidance on industry-standard workloads and step-up patterns so the numbers we collect truly reflect production behaviour.
Deliverables
• Load-test plan outlining scenarios, user counts, and ramp-up strategy
• Executable scripts (with any custom plug-ins or data files)
• A concise report summarising response time and throughput findings, including charts and your top optimisation recommendations
Success is met when the report clearly shows system capacity limits, highlights bottlenecks, and provides at least three prioritised improvement actions we can hand straight to engineering.
