Load Balancer Setup Expert Needed

I need an expert server administrator to set up a load balancer on an Ubuntu 2024 server with NGINX.

Requirements:
- Experience with Windows Server 2022 and Ubuntu.
- Configure load balancer to communicate with two Windows application servers.
- Set up reverse proxy.
- Load balancer must operate on SSL; existing SSL certificates will be provided.
- All configurations will be done via AnyDesk in a no-internet environment.
