Linuxhelios version system administrator

I am looking for a Linux system administrator to provide general assistance with Linux administration for my Helios project. The ideal candidate should have experience with Linux administration and be familiar with the Helios distribution.
Tasks and issues that may arise include:
- GUI login window does not appear but I can see the background with the cursor moving. Also, I am able to login to the terminal with root access.
The freelancer will only have access to the system for providing advice and guidance, and will not have full root access.
