Linux script to monitor multiple processes and autorestart if a process stops

I have a lot of ffmpeg processes (80 per server) for video distribution. Sometimes a singal can fail (signal interruption, maintenance,...)
Example attached.

Restart: every 1 minute if a failure is detected.
If one process fails, script should restart this process (do not touch the other running processes!).
