Linux programming pro required!

we require a Linux pro, who is able to create a script ot program to identify:
- last time (in millis or comparable value) a user input was done (keyboard, mouse, touchpad, pen or any other input device)

preferable we would like to have it in bash, but can be any language of c, c++, java (other require prior clearance)

requires to work on:
- x11 & xorg
- wayland

delivery in milestones

for this job we will discuss about MS1 and MS2

MS3 is outlook and will be required later

work environment?
- use your own virtualbox, virtualPC or whatever you require to be able to work at any time and any location
- you can get a public cloud hosted VM, which virtual console to simulate a real desktop (we will test against this)
(installation of these VM with a default image, usually no desktop can be provided)
we will use this environment for our testing

delivery?
- in our git (will be shared after award)
- required libs need prior confirm to be accepted
