Linux pro required!

we require a Linux pro, who is able to create a script to identify:
- is screen locked?
- is screensaver active?

delivery in milestones:

MS1:
- works on
- Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04
- gnome
- kde
- unity

MS2:
- works on debian 11+
- on all available desktops
