Linux environment Issues

We have Linux environment for our product developed in PHP. But oflate it is not accessible mostly due to space shortage on the server but not sure. I was looking for some expert who can try by deleting unwanted files and folders with my help and install linux if necessary only. My guess is, it has run out of space and hence issue executing commands.
